I had 5 months to design and build 9 sites for Hamilton that were responsive and user focused. With no designer on site, it had to be extremely easy to update.

Overview
Hamilton Health Care System, located in Dalton, Georgia, is the premier health care delivery system in northwest Georgia. Hamilton’s mission is to deliver quality services in a caring atmosphere for patients and their families.

planning and research
With the large amount of work and quick turn around, it was necessary to get organized as quickly as possible. There was no room for late deliverables that could derail the entire project.
I conducted stakeholder interviews to determine goals and current pain points with the existing sites. By diving deep into the site’s analytics, I was able to see what content users were most interested in, where they had trouble navigating, and how users were accessing the site.
rapid prototyping and testing
After I had finished the information architecture of the site, I developed multiple low-fidelity wireframes and quickly tested each option. One week was spent refining and testing these layouts until I was happy with the tests.
